Ingredients: 1/2 cup hot water | 1/2 teaspoon sea salt | 2 1/2 cups wholemeal flour | 1 teaspoon baking soda | 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon | 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves | 1/2 cup organic honey | 2 tablespoon ground coffee or tea leaves | 1/4 cup grapeseed or olive oil | 2 eggs | 1/2 cup raisins

Procedure:  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Use the hot water to make 1/2 cup of coffee or tea. Mix together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix together the honey, oil and coffee and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add in the raisins then pour into a greased 9 inch cake tin. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes and your organic honey dessert is ready to serve.

2) BERRY COVERED HONEY COCONUT MINI FLANS –  HEALTHY DESSERT RECIPE This is yet another healthy dessert with honey that you can almost make with your eyes closed. The orange can be substituted with lemon for more zing. With simple ingredients and easy preparation, these tasty healthy honey desserts are a delight.

Ingredients: 3 organic eggs | 1 1/2 cups coconut milk | 1/4 cup honey | 1 teaspoon orange zest | 2 cups mixed ripe berries | toasted coconut | juice of half an orange, optional

Procedure: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray 4 ramekins (or one 3 cup mold). Mix together the eggs, coconut milk, honey and orange zest and juice and whisk until blended. Pour into ramekins (or mold) and place in the oven in a pan of hot water. Bake the ramekins for 20 minutes (and the mold for 40 minutes) or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours. Blend the berries together and pass through a sieve. Turn the flans onto serving dishes and cover with honey and toasted coconut and your healthy honey desserts are ready to eat.
