Procedure:  The first step in this healthy dessert recipe with Greek yogurt is to line a colander or a strainer with four layers of cheesecloth and place it over a bowl. Place the yogurt in the prepared colander and cover it with the sides of the cheesecloth. Place it in the refrigerator for 2 – 4 hours.
